Building the business case for more female Creative Directors

Women influence 80% of consumer spending yet only 3% of advertising Creative Directors are women. It’s an embarrassing statistic that advertising should be actively trying to correct.

Boulder is the first stop in a series of 3% Events all over the country, on the heels of a very successful national conference that wowed San Francisco this past September. The Boulder event will bring together ad industry people to network and discuss the huge business value that awaits agencies who grow the female CDs in their ranks.
